I have listed a new property at 6920 46 STREET in Olds. See details here

Attention builders and developers. This 12.57 acre parcel is located in the heart of Olds. Olds is a college and farming community that is desperately seeking development. The town is very cooperative and eager to work with a developer on this property with anything from commercial to multi family. We have the ability to subdivide the property up so if you just want to do the development for the commercial land we can make that happen. If you just want to take advantage of the CMHC select program and develop multi family we can make that happen as well. For the opportunity to work with an aggressive town council call your favorite realtor and get the ball rolling.
